Membership Terms
The terms that govern TAC Property Network membership. Last updated: September 2026.
1. The network
TAC Property Network ("the Network") is a membership community operated by TAC International Limited. Membership gives access to education, events, networking and selected property opportunities as described for each tier.
2. Applications and approval
Membership is by application and is open to applicants worldwide. All applications are reviewed by our team, and we reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion. Membership begins once your application is approved and your joining fee is paid.
3. Fees and renewal
Network Membership: £1,000 joining fee and £250 annual renewal. Private Membership: £1,500 joining fee and £350 annual renewal. Platinum Lifetime Membership: £10,000 one-off fee with no annual renewal. Fees are payable in pounds sterling and are non-refundable once membership has commenced, except where required by law.
4. Member benefits
Benefits vary by tier and may change from time to time as the Network develops. Sourcing-fee discounts apply to eligible TAC Homes services only and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
5. No financial advice
Nothing provided by the Network — including market insights, briefings, events or property opportunities — constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Property values can go down as well as up. Members must carry out their own due diligence and take independent professional advice before making any investment decision.
6. Member conduct
Members are expected to treat one another with respect and to act with integrity within the community. We may suspend or terminate membership where a member's conduct harms the Network or its members, without refund.
7. Confidentiality
Opportunities, briefings and member information shared within the Network are for members only and must not be redistributed publicly without permission.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Network is not liable for any loss arising from investment decisions made by members, or from introductions made within the community. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members, and continued membership after notice constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
